Shipping times for all shipping methods do not include order processing time. Please note that orders may take up to one week to process before shipping due to a reduced staffing model in place at our warehouse, so that social distancing can be adhered to. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. 

If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please email info@pgfblanks.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

PGF is not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. PGF is not responsible for lost and stolen packages once the order has received a tracking number as this is now out of our control. We recommend selecting a reliable shipping address where your parcel can be delivered and received and accurately tracked.
